Apocalypse Ready

You've only got one tank.Work takes from it, and so does everything else.

We founded Reservoir because, like you and your team, we love our work. We also want to look after our health and still be present at dinner, not handing our loved ones the burnt ends.

So the question became: how do we build the capacity to meet our ambitions in every part of life, without burning out?

We weren't the only ones asking. Across 20 years of combined experience coaching high performers in business and sport, our clients told us the same things:

  • 01They worked hard, but worried about burnout
  • 02They sacrificed their physical, mental and emotional health to keep up
  • 03They worried they weren't doing enough at work
  • 04They worried even more they weren't doing enough at home

If your team are working at the edge of their limits, this is probably their reality too. Left alone, it costs you engagement first, then your best people.

Reservoir exists to give your people the capacity to do hard things, without the sacrifice.

Between war, the cost of living, the robots coming for our jobs and more Prime Ministers than AI agents, Apocalypse Ready stopped feeling like a joke.

Who it's for.

Apocalypse Ready is built for leadership teams, founders and community groups with something hard in front of them.

  • A launch
  • A merger
  • A funding round
  • A restructure
  • Or a year that just isn't letting up

Book it in-house for your people, or bring it to your founder group or HR community as something more useful than another talk.

A coach guiding a participant through a floor session

Apocalypse Ready isn't death by PowerPoint.

It's two hours of understanding your nervous system and honest discussion, built on current science and two decades of coaching high performers. Simple, practical, and nobody needs to be fit, flexible or any good at any of it.

The app

Your team will leave knowing:

  • Where their capacity is right now, and what's been draining it
  • How to regulate their nervous system in the room, in sixty seconds, without anyone noticing
  • Which daily habits build capacity and which quietly spend it
  • What to do on the days the tank is already empty

Then it keeps going. They get ongoing access to the Reservoir app, so the two hours become something they train rather than an afternoon they forget by Friday.

01Book a call. Thirty minutes to talk through what's coming and what your people are carrying.
02Agree the brief. We shape the session around what you've told us, then lock the date.
03Survey the room. A short survey to everyone attending, so we walk in knowing what they're dealing with rather than guessing.
04Run the workshop. Two hours, on-site at yours or at one of our venues. We bring everything.
05Close the loop. A feedback survey afterwards, and we come back to you with what landed, what didn't and what your team told us they need next.

Why us

We started Reservoir for the version of ourselves that used to hit the wall.

Chevy spent fifteen years in the City before his body filed its complaint. He's spent the eleven years since coaching training and energy management with founders, athletes and high-performing teams, from Spotify to Sainsbury's. Featured by the BBC and ASICS. The one who reframes stress as something to lean into rather than avoid.

Charles came at it from the other side, through physiology and what the research actually supports. He built Reservoir's stress-capacity app, designs the protocols, and has delivered in rooms from local gyms to a Rosewood Hotels opening. The one who closes with the science once Chevy has opened with the story.

We built this for ourselves first. The daily practice, the weekly cadence, the workshops. All of it exists because we needed it before anyone else did. We don't sell stress management. We build the capacity leadership teams need before the pressure arrives.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is Reservoir?

Reservoir trains stress capacity for leadership teams, founders and community groups. We're a London-based company (Pace Wellness Ltd) founded by Chevy Rough and Charles Oxley. We run workshops and our own stress-capacity app.

What is Apocalypse Ready?

A 2-hour workshop that trains your team's capacity for stress, instead of managing it. It covers how the nervous system works, practical tools people can use in the moment and honest discussion. It's built on current science and two decades of coaching high performers.

Why is it called Apocalypse Ready?

Between war, the cost of living, the robots coming for our jobs and more Prime Ministers than AI agents, Apocalypse Ready stopped feeling like a joke. The idea is ready, not rescue: build the capacity before the pressure arrives.

Who is it for?

Leadership teams, founders and community groups with something hard in front of them: a launch, a merger, a funding round, a restructure, or a year that just isn't letting up. Companies book it in-house for their people. Founder groups and HR communities bring it to their members.

Is it a talk or a presentation?

No. Apocalypse Ready isn't death by PowerPoint. People take part: they learn what's happening in their own nervous system, try the tools in the room and talk honestly about what they're carrying.

Does my team need to be fit?

No. Nobody needs to be fit, flexible or any good at any of it. The workshop is simple and practical, and anyone can take part.

What will my team leave with?

They'll know where their capacity is right now and what's been draining it. They'll know how to regulate their nervous system in the room, in sixty seconds, without anyone noticing, and which daily habits build capacity and which quietly spend it. They'll also know what to do on the days the tank is already empty.

What is the Reservoir app?

Our stress-capacity app, built by Charles Oxley. Everyone who attends gets ongoing access, so the two hours become something they train rather than an afternoon they forget by Friday.

Who runs the workshop?

Both co-founders are in the room. Chevy Rough spent fifteen years in the City, then eleven years coaching training and energy management with founders, athletes and high-performing teams, from Spotify to Sainsbury's. He has been featured by the BBC and ASICS. Charles Oxley leads on physiology and research, built the Reservoir app and designs the protocols.

Where are you based? Do you work outside London?

We're based in London and deliver globally. In the last two years that has included sessions in Lisbon and New York.

Where does the workshop take place?

On-site at your offices or at one of our venues. We bring everything we need.

How many people can attend?

Tell us your numbers on the call and we'll shape the session around your group.

How much does it cost?

From £1,950 for the two hours. That covers both of us in the room, the consultation beforehand, a survey of everyone attending, a feedback report afterwards and ongoing app access for the team.

How do payment and refunds work?

50% confirms the date and the balance is due on delivery. If it doesn't land with your team, you don't pay. Tell us within seven days and we'll refund the lot, with no forms and no quibbles.

What happens before and after the session?

We start with a thirty-minute call, agree the brief and lock the date. Everyone attending gets a short survey beforehand, so we walk in knowing what they're dealing with. Afterwards there's a feedback survey, and we come back to you with what landed, what didn't and what your team told us they need next.

Is this therapy or stress management?

Neither. We don't sell stress management, and the workshop isn't therapy or medical treatment. We build the capacity people need before the pressure arrives. If someone needs clinical support, we'll point them somewhere better.

How do I book?

Use any Book a call button on this page to book a thirty-minute call. Tell us what's coming and what your people are carrying, and we'll tell you straight if this is right for them. If you'd rather not pick a time straight away, we'll reply the same day.
