By using Reservoir, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
1. Using Reservoir
You must be 16 years or older to use the app.
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
We may update, add, or remove features at any time.
2. Health and safety
Reservoir offers breathwork and wellbeing content.
It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease.
If you feel unwell at any time, including feeling dizzy, faint, or short of breath, stop immediately and seek professional advice. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
You are responsible for deciding whether activities are suitable for you.
3. Your content
You own any content you add to Reservoir, such as notes or reflections.
You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display this content only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve Reservoir.
Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (for example name, email, year of birth, gender, training data) and how we use and protect it. Please read it carefully as it forms part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The app, brand, software code, design, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of Reservoir except where allowed by law.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Reservoir is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We may suspend, restrict, or end access where needed, for example if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users or for us.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, or data.
Our total liability for any claim relating to Reservoir is limited to the total amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Ending your account
You can request deletion of your account by emailing charles@reservoir.health.
We may retain minimal records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as security or accounting. Sections dealing with intellectual property, liability, and dispute terms continue to apply after your account is closed.
9. App Store terms (iOS)
If you download Reservoir from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for support, maintenance, or any claims related to the app.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms for iOS downloads and may enforce them against you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Reservoir.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
For significant changes, we will notify you in the app or by email where appropriate.
